These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SingForge (singforge.com), operated by SingForge ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SingForge. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
SingForge lets you create AI-generated singer personas, write song lyrics, generate AI music tracks, and (in supported regions) submit your songs for distribution to streaming platforms. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and any credits you've purchased.
You agree not to use SingForge to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the lyrics, singer designs, and music tracks you create using SingForge, subject to the underlying AI providers' usage terms. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing your songs in your Studio dashboard or on your public artist profile if you choose to share one).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos or input material you upload.
SingForge uses third-party AI models to generate images, lyrics, and music. AI-generated content can be unpredictable — generated portraits, lyrics, or audio may not always match your exact request, and occasionally generation may fail or produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee a specific outcome from any generation.
Paid plans (Creator, Pro) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
Each plan tier includes a monthly allowance for singer generations, song generations, and platform publishes, as described on our Pricing page. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire and stack on top of your plan's monthly allowance.
If you use our publishing feature to distribute a song, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all elements of that song, including any AI-generated lyrics, vocals, and instrumentation. We are not responsible for content removed or rejected by streaming platforms due to policy violations.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SingForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
